I’m back! Well low intensity Brannan is here. After my 2 week recovery I am so excited to lift (very light) weights. It’s a bit of a mindset switch to keep my back safe but so happy to be sweating.

A great workout to take on vacation! Love a good no equipment workout.

Was nervous going into today with my back but the good mornings helped ease me into not worrying about hurting myself more.

Worst was the squats, just because it was my first exersice since last I strained my back. Had to keep hitting pause to not rush myself and go slow.
