Everythings sore Jenny. Thats what ive learned. Jokes aside, the biggest shift happened when i combined a few things and i honestly cant believe my eyes some days. #1 prioritizing protein #2 figuring out how to eat more protein (and fiber) in ways that are satistying to me and #3 picking a weight right outside my comfort zone. And of course following your training! The results speak for themselves!

86. Might have been higher if i didnt modify... last few rounds i did climbers and commandoes on a bench due to my umbilical hernia. Also made it a bit more fun at the end and did full handstands against the wall. Yep, my pumpkins are pumpkining but so are my other pumpkins in the cutest way. :)

My favorite people! Also, thought it couldnt get worse after the bulgarians with that slight twist 🥵 but then it did 😂🫠. But honestly in such a good, challenging way. Thank you for always motivating us to dig just a bit deeper each time we train! 🤍
