Those froggers ended up being an active rest. The lunge switches were killer for my quads! I think they are still recovering from Thursday! The froggers are a testament to my mental game getting stronger and my glutes being ready to work. Great session! I'm melting! 🫠

Knee push ups 20-> 27

Push oress 19->14 I did 25lbs first round and accidently grabbed 30 lbs last round 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have an umbilical hernia that needs to be surgically fixed at some point so I'm sometimes modifying stuff to make sure I'm not aggravating it anymore. One of those is the push-ups. But I still progressed so I am happy with that!

Hang cleans day 1-now 8 -> 20

Rows day 1- now 8-> 18

I got a little let down for the leg day check in because it was day 3 of my cycle. I'm so happy you mentioned this because that's why I thought my numbers were a bit lower. I still went up from day 1 but not from the 3rd check in. Thanks for reminding us about fluctuations in our cycles that can impact workouts!

Hey I am not having some of the workouts load. I took a screenshot. There was no session on Tuesday and Sunday. Is there supposed to be one everyday?

I've been lifting for a while but I can only get about 5-6reps per leg with 25# dumbbells on the split squats. It's amazing how strong we can get!

Aww man challenged myself with sprints today. My legs don't go as fast as I want them to go! 😂

Whew another great workout in the books! Ready to fail tomorrow!
