What a great session Jenny! I was a but apprehensive when I heard squats with the ball, hamstring curls AND split squats. But I survived. My eyes were opened when I did a calorie deficit two years ago to lose some postpartum weight. I was surprised how I was overconsuming. Now I am focusing on protein and fiber. And getting strong and lifting heavy. And getting salty! 😂

I just started day 1 today! I wrapped up beach Shred yesterday and loved it. Question: I am debating between build vs. Burn. I have never actually done an intentional build and am pretty lean right now. I don't know my body fat % but I'm 5'10" sitting at 152 lbs. I am leaning towards a build but am nervous about the commitment to eat more. 😅
