Another great session. Needed a challenge this morning! I feel like when I'm struggling in another area and I challenge myself in fitness it gives me a fresh perspective on my other challenges. Thanks Jenny!

I liked those stretches after the lunge (did you call them a crescent stretch?). So good! Mindset shifts are so important yet so hard to achieve sometimes! Reminds me of how we talk to ourselves. Do we believe we are truly training and are athletes in that sense, or are we just going through the motions? It's such a progression too as we get better at these things while keeping things challenging.

Kristen was marked safe from this workout. 😂Another great one Jenny! I sometimes feel like I can't really feel my glutes on the hip thrusts. I just feels different to me that on other exercises. I increased my weight starting at 60lbs and ended up at 100lbs for the last set. Does this seem like an appropriate weight?

About to start this one. I'm not seeing a lot of comments yet. I pray it's not because they can't move anymore so they can't reach their phone. I'll come back and check in to let you know if there are any survivors. If you haven't heard from me by 9 am, it honestly is just what it is. 😂
