I've been lifting for a while but I can only get about 5-6reps per leg with 25# dumbbells on the split squats. It's amazing how strong we can get!

Aww man challenged myself with sprints today. My legs don't go as fast as I want them to go! 😂

I had ice cream for dinner last night so.... and no guilt. I know I am prepped and ready for the week with extra servings of protein and filling in gaps with fiber and veggies.
