I liked those stretches after the lunge (did you call them a crescent stretch?). So good! Mindset shifts are so important yet so hard to achieve sometimes! Reminds me of how we talk to ourselves. Do we believe we are truly training and are athletes in that sense, or are we just going through the motions? It's such a progression too as we get better at these things while keeping things challenging.

Another great session. Needed a challenge this morning! I feel like when I'm struggling in another area and I challenge myself in fitness it gives me a fresh perspective on my other challenges. Thanks Jenny!
