What do you all do for good snacks on the go? I’ve always eaten really healthy, but am finding 38 is different than 30 😂. I travel about 40% and, when I’m home, we’re busy with kids sports and all the normal things. I’d love some ideas!

Hi! I’m brand new and am looking forward to a reset! I used to be a crossfitter, but a crazy work schedule, kids, and health have slowed me down. I’m getting remarried in 11/30 and thought this was the perfect time to get back at it!
