Lately, I’ve been doing workouts late in the evening because of schedules. Do you still recommend a shake or some kind of protein after late workouts when it’s close to bedtime? I’ve always tried to not eat anything a few hours before bed.

Thank you! I’m not hungry and sleep the whole night, so didn’t want to add extra calories or carbs if not needed.
