Lately, I’ve been doing workouts late in the evening because of schedules. Do you still recommend a shake or some kind of protein after late workouts when it’s close to bedtime? I’ve always tried to not eat anything a few hours before bed.

My daughter and I made it through stretching and mobility - it’s late! But we did find a whole dumbbell set at Costco this weekend and are ready to use it! Can’t wait to finish the workout

What do you all do for good snacks on the go? I’ve always eaten really healthy, but am finding 38 is different than 30 😂. I travel about 40% and, when I’m home, we’re busy with kids sports and all the normal things. I’d love some ideas!
