I added Wk12 full body and cardio to my calendar but didn’t get challenge credit for completing full body. Looks like I’ve got a busy workout week ahead of me!

Long weekend for the holiday (Mardi Gras)! I got Salty Saturday morning and we had friends over in the afternoon for a fit challenge, oyster roast, gumbo, and cocktails by the creek. Sunday was a rest day streaming Mardi Gras parades. Monday was a golf date with the hubs (walking with push carts), and I finished wk8 Tuesday morning then enjoyed the day! 💜⚜️💚⚜️💛

Pearls clutched on the Bulgarian pulses, but my least favorite was the last exercise (bench step overs?). My legs were rubber by then and I just couldn’t get a good rhythm. 😖
