I was able to get the live to work on my phone but not my computer…. (I’m not tech savvy) any tips/tricks, because these >50 eyes would love to view the lives on my computer screen! 🤪

Jenny Fisheryes, i can do step ups on staircase!  its the flexion of the big toe joint.... if i over use it or irritate it than its painful to go for daily walks.  i'll start with step ups ........thanks

Posting her for recommendations- I have had bilateral foot surgeries on the joint at the base of the big toe. Lunges& split squats are out of the question for me. Any recommendations for alternative movements when lunges are a part of the workout??

Looks delish! What do you put in yours??? Today I added cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs for added protein - it was delish!!
