I’ve learned it’s ok to take a break. At about week 7 my body said stop. Rest. Instead of pushing through like I usually do, I listened and rested for a few days. I came back stronger. Hit new PRs and felt mentally more motivated. 😁

Was gonna sit out the Salty 7 cuz it’s too damn hot for garage workouts. But I couldn’t resist and let yall have all the fun 🤩 And I’m trying new things with these sessions - sometimes heavier weights and sometimes lower to work on form. Heavier today so now my 🍑 is toast 😅
