I’ve learned it’s ok to take a break. At about week 7 my body said stop. Rest. Instead of pushing through like I usually do, I listened and rested for a few days. I came back stronger. Hit new PRs and felt mentally more motivated. 😁

Love the pep talk at the end!

Good session! Changed out burpees for surf pop ups. So surf ups?! Or surfees? Trying to practice because my daughter taught me to surf yesterday. It wasn’t pretty but I sort of got up and 💯 never would have tried surfing if it wasn’t for my Salt training🤩

Loved the 4x4s and burnout at end. 2nd week I’ve done devils presses - thanks to this community for encouraging me to try them. Someone posted about them last week and encouraged me to try them🙂

Focusing on sleep for recovery and added creatine. Have definitely noticed that I can lift heavier if I’ve had adequate sleep and recovery!
