I have LOVED this series! The biggest thing I have learned is consistency. I got frustrated with how slow progress felt on the scale, but after really just sticking to it, making sure I was hitting my numbers calorie and protein wise, my steps and my workouts, non scale changes started to come through and I started relying on those more as a measure of progress than the scale. Consistency takes months, not weeks and that is something I wish I understood earlier, but hey I know it now and Im seeing the payoff!
