Repeated week 5 back day today. Staying consistent with my goal to move every day. ππ
I am almost caught up. I did the hiit challenge (week 6) and the Mini Cardio week 7 today. Plan is to do week 7 legs tomorrow. I was feeling junky today but I muscled through. Goal is to only take 1 full rest day off and at least do a good walk or do a mini Sesh if I need a second rest day.Thanks for the continuous shout outs Jenny!
