Totally thought today was Saturday when I woke up at 4am this morning. Then realized it’s not 😂 but for up did fridays full session and loved the first week of this challenge. The DOMs are real good this week but am loving it and getting in protein along with making sure I add a day or 2 of stretching in! Did a 45 minute yoga deep stretch yesterday and my body is feeling much better today! Thanks for always supporting us and cheering us on Jenny! Thank you to salty family! You all are the best! ❤️
