My body told me what I needed today, and I finally listen. I felt like running to release some of the travel stress, and playing catch-up with work, so I did. IT. WAS.THE.BEST thing I could have done today to make me move and feel better. It was a run for me, not for time, not to see how fast I could go, it was just for me and it felt so good. I don’t like to deviate from the training sessions, but sometimes you need it and I am learning to be ok with it. My new word after the salty retreat is VARIETY for nutrition and exercise! 💕🫶🏼
