Maybe a stupid question…. Where is the resource section in the app? I’ve been searching but I can’t seem to find it.
I don't post often, I'm the one who reads everyone's posts and get inspiration from y'all. I know I still have work to put in but here's my results from the MVP. I have a Caribbean island vacay in Feb so I'm going to do another round of the MVP to get tighter and leaner. I'm a Salty Athlete for life!!!
P.S...I could not take an after pic in the same space because that room is under renovation right now.

Hi ladies just curious what is everyone's favorite post work meal, snack ect. And also has anyone found a good vegan protein that actually taste good? I think the whey is bothering my stomach.
Whew week 2 leg day! Gonna feel that one tomorrow 👍🏻💪🏻 And I was still sore from Week 1 Fridays session that I did on Sunday. Jenny closed the session thanking US. It I am thanking HER for her motivation which helps me stay consistent and show up! A great reminder that when I slack off my hormones and stress level also change and I become a bear. So thanks Jenny for motivating me to come back day after day! 😘
The Rookie series has been such a great reset! I'll modify up and still aim for the heavier weights but the simplicity of the variations have been re-energizing. This week's sessions so far have finally made me realize that 30 minute sessions are my sweet spot. SAHM life + WFH full time makes for a tight schedule and these have been perfect!
Doing rookie has been a blast. I’m totally changing the sessions to heavy lift with some cardio more strength training for me. Never hurts to hear the basics again to remind yourself to focus on the importance of FORM! I am sore in such a great way from rookie. The shorterish sessions have been great too! Helps me push harder go for this heavier weights!
