Just did my first workout in the core & cardio group and holy crap it sucks to suck! I am a 30 y/o, mom of 3, have between 10 & 15 lbs I'd love to lose ASAP and a whole lot of strength and mobility I'd love to gain! Definitely on that out of shape, non atheletic beginner level! Woooo 😅

Hey all! Just finished the first week of the MVP series and started week two today! I’m excited to get back into working out. I’m a 2x mom, former college soccer player, and boss B. Feeling good. I have to add that I LOVE that you incorporate so much mobility to your work outs. Stretching is key with all my old injuries. Thank you!.

It’s been a rough month with the loss of my Dad. I leave Sunday for a week w my family. Pray all goes well and that my Mom is healing from the loss but also from back surgery. Love you guys!!
