If you’re in a weightloss first mode, 100g up to 1g/lb of ideal bw (ie: 140lb goal=100-140g/day). If you’re trying to only lose body fat, 30-40% of calories must come from protein. Ie: 2000 calories X 40% =800/4 calories=200g/day. Obviously, this goal is much harder, so I encourage focusing on 1 goal at a time. 🩷
