8-Weeks of full weekly training. The focus is dedicated sessions for strength-building, dedicated sessions for athletic HIIT, and mini cardio and yogish sessions to fill out your training. This may be the Most Valuable Program for a fully functional athlete! I canā€™t wait!!!

Iā€™m actually thinking about extending this next series ā€œThe MVPā€ to 8 weeks. Anyone that thinks 6 weeks is better???

8 weeks allows me to begin Aug 7 and end at the very end of September.

So thanks the Amazon and their incredible communication (not), my internet overhaul device wonā€™t get here until tomorrow, so live sessions will commence Wednesday and Friday. Iā€™m so excited, Iā€™ve invested in a device that should take me from a hundred mb of speed to 1000! Letā€™s goooo! (Hopefully šŸ˜†)

I absolutely adore this squad, this community, the energy from each athlete. This community continually gives me new life. I had a very busy week traveling for work, so your messages throughout were so appreciated! I may not respond to every one, but I see each one and appreciate it! Thank you for sharing my space and adding your own athletic queen (or king) energy! I will see you live next week Monday!!!!

I just did the Core + Push session today! Whew!!! I actually turned on the hotel gym pelaton and totally lost interest 10 minutes i and just used it as my warm up. My chesticles are on fire!

Only 2 super short weeks! Youā€™ll receive little lifestyle change tips that Iā€™m hoping will provide some simple lightbulb moments. And youā€™ll have 2-weeks of HIIT/cardio-centric sessions!
