This series, I’m offering 2 options: extra strength-building or extra cardio. You choose depending on your goal: gaining muscle mass? Skip the mini cardio and lift! Trying to burn additional calories to get your energy deficit? Attack the bonus cardio session each week!

8-Weeks of full weekly training. The focus is dedicated sessions for strength-building, dedicated sessions for athletic HIIT, and mini cardio and yogish sessions to fill out your training. This may be the Most Valuable Program for a fully functional athlete! I can’t wait!!!

I’m actually thinking about extending this next series “The MVP” to 8 weeks. Anyone that thinks 6 weeks is better???

8 weeks allows me to begin Aug 7 and end at the very end of September.
