Just a reminder that I struggle internally with things, as a lot of you do. I wanted to say thank you to our salty sister, Brooke, for dropping her life to chat with me and help lift me up. WEEK 4: expect strength exercises combined with some HIIT challenges. Let’s see if we can keep the same resistance while we breathe a bit harder through the sets! Let’s go, athletes!!!
Expect lots of heavy lifting, very very little cardio. Have a barbell and plates for sumo deadlifts and thrusters if you have that. Have a chair or bench available. Booty bands can be added to a few moves to make more difficult. LET’S GO! No low-energy Jenny tomorrow!!!!
