My 3rd Annual 8-Week Beach Shred begins April 17th!!! Equipment needed: dumbbells, bands, and highly recommended: booty band and jumprope. 3 new full sessions each week, 2 mini sessions each week, and 2 bonus full sessions each week!

Just a reminder that I struggle internally with things, as a lot of you do. I wanted to say thank you to our salty sister, Brooke, for dropping her life to chat with me and help lift me up.
