I cannot close my dressers that hold my fitness clothing!!!! I just pared down and I have well over 50 items that I need to give away. Maximum 10 people, the first to message me on Instagram @jennyfisherfitness and just pay shipping will get a minimum of 5 items (almost all size SMALL, born primitive, viouri, athleta, Alo yoga). It will be random items (and outfit sets), but you can guide me on preference (brights, darks, solid, patterns, shorts, pants, etc).

This series, I’m offering 2 options: extra strength-building or extra cardio. You choose depending on your goal: gaining muscle mass? Skip the mini cardio and lift! Trying to burn additional calories to get your energy deficit? Attack the bonus cardio session each week!
