Alison gave great recommendations! Dumbbell pairs are the biggest requirement, as you train, you’ll see yourself get stronger and may want to gradually add heavier sets…a great investment to work towards 🥰 For now 5-25lb is great! A yoga ball is super helpful, if you’re doing the MVP, you’ll need a high anchor point and bands with handles (I use a over the door anchor from Amazon). And a wide fabric booty band is great to have. Please reach out anytime you need support 🩷🩷🩷

Erica, I can’t give you advice without really seeing you in person, but my rule of thumb for myself is movement can be medicine. For me, I am good with discomfort, but when I feel pain, I back off or modify down (low impact or bodyweight). You can also lean into the mobility workouts in the meantime (filter “mobility” under focus for the search tool).
