I think it matters more that you take it consistently, but I’d recommend after your workout as the uptake can be more effective. But nothing to go out of your way on

Nah, they are tough. Next time, focus on a point in the floor and stare, and use your adductors (inner thighs) to tense up and help hold your balance.

Its simple: eat 2-3 hours before sleeping and eat when you’re hungry when up (1-2 hours after wake). Eat 3-6 meals throughout the day with whole sources, protein & fiber rich. Done.
