Starting back up Monday so far everything feels good! But want to make sure I don’t over do anything so gave myself grace and rested!

No treatment so far just pain patches. Weird my neck isn’t sore. I think I just pinched a nerve. Not much pain since it felt numb/tingly wanted to get it checked out. Wanted to be safe than sorry since it’s my neck

Agreed 100% I think I just did something to a nerve not muscle. Just moved my neck funny must of been. But better safe than sorry!
