Finally did that leg session from Wednesday this morning on my first day off since last Sunday. I see what everyone was talking about now...loved the challenge but my quads were 🔥🔥🔥🔥 DOMS will likely be in full effect in the next 2-3 days. Repeated Thursday's stretch afterward and it was delightful 😊 Have a great Sunday everyone!

My legs have finally recovered from doing the last leg session on Monday. Now I'm excited and slightly dreading this past Wednesday's leg session that I won't get to until Sunday. All the comments have me wondering what is really in store on this one...😆
