Jenny Fisher I’m really greatful for the new pause and rewind options on the live sessions! It is so helpful when I get waylaid by kids or have an equipment glitch. Thanks for adding that! (TBH it was also helpful this morning during Bulgarians when I needed an extra 30 seconds to shake it out between sets so I didn’t legit die.)

We were out of town for a week and I had no access to equipment, so I’m playing catch-up with week 2 lifting! Here are my (not so little) babies!

Jenny Fisher YES! I did tuck jumps every round and the jump rope! Challenging myself with cardio is my happy place. But I do start cussing when you bring out the heavy weights. 🤣I need it though because my goal this year is to finally be able to do pull ups.

Liked the workout today! Five rounds is always psychologically more challenging, but I always love when there are tuck jumps!
