Welll leg session week 7 did NOT disappoint. Absolutely jello legs and pouring sweat! My booty started twerking all on its own during the second and third round of the sumo pulses. Glad to know it can actually shake like that 😅

Work life, sick puppy (getting better!), and going way too hard Sunday at Jenny’s birthday Total Body HIIT Bash, I am just now getting to this week’s workouts. Opted to put a bit of space between the push and pull sessions, so I did today’s chest and triceps (smoking!!) and will do legs tomorrow and back on Friday. Back was really bothering me going in, but wow…feels so much better now that I got some mobility, rotation, and movement other than walking in.

I’m always grateful to finish one and definitely grateful when reflecting on them. During one…? I think I’m too busy cursing or laughing thinking about breaking out into a twerky dance and watching my husband’s reaction from his chair in the den. 😂😂
