Loved coming in after a walk and sitting down with your first workbook session and working through what my goals for the next two weeks are. Great respite between the walk and the 20-minute cardio and core, which by the way I was a big winner in that one. Geez, I must have really neglected the core over the past month or so. It was a struggle in all the right ways, and I look forward to revisiting at the end of the grind to see how improved my core is. Stepping into consistency this week to get back on track. Love these mini-sessions to keep me on that path!
