That back session hit just right! Back has been my favorite muscle group to train for the last decade, and I gotta say, Jenny knows how to train the back! Die unilateral rows instead of bent over rows so I could go heavy without compromising my lower back. Was a great modification! Three in a row this week! 🙌🏻🥳

Well that was fun! Love these mini-sessions and that one was just nothing but enjoyable. I am deeply grateful that I don’t have to earn a living in burlesque though!

Sometimes all you need is a good weight session to get your axis back in alignment. Great start to week 6. My 🍑 definitely got some fertilizer today!

Mercy is a great word for this session!

She is the sweetest! And even slept through the night last night! Dianna Henslee I honestly have no recollection of what I did during the fight. It is so crazy how adrenaline takes over. Annie yes indeed to a whole new meaning to being harder to kill!! But I hope I’m never put in that situation again! Jenny Fisher thank YOU for helping me get harder to kill! 💕

When the best laid plans get crushed by life, you simply regroup when possible and carry on. Thursday late afternoon, my dog and I got charged by another dog when we were finishing up our walk. It was a perfect storm that resulted in him protecting me and me trying to break up the fight. Praising God for the fed ex and ADT guys who stopped and helped me break them apart! The reality is never like the scenarios played out in my head. One of the most traumatic things I have experienced and grateful Diggs only suffered minor issues (broken blood vessels in his eye and muscle soreness). I got a puncture wound to the back of my thigh and it is still a bit tender. Will try to get the leg session in today and modify if needed. Also had an engagement party for my son and his fiancé the next evening, and picked up our new puppy yesterday. A full, highly emotional weekend. I’m grateful for my body’s ability to react and respond accordingly! GetSalty training is beneficial in ways we don’t even understand until our bodies are tested to their limits! Keep training squad!! 🧂🩵

Didn’t have much time today between commitments, but I took off my work clothes and just hit play for the 36 minute back session. Perfect session for in between “things.” Not too sweaty, so I can go pat off, throw on my work clothes, blot my face, and head out the door! Look forward to tomorrow’s full body HIIT! 👊🏻
