Nice to be back. I tweaked my hip and was doing workouts but decided I just needed to rest. That back workout felt good. Happy Friday!

l surrendered to the mat after Full Body Hiit. 😅 Challenging! Love the rewind feature. I needed to modify my plank. I so loved your statement Jenny that we pushed play to be a better version of ourselves. I got salty. Thank you for the protein information- so helpful.

Friday fun! My arms were still feeling the burn from Wednesday. Only had to adjust weights down once. Loved the EMOM. Thanks for the cortisol reminder. It is its' own algorithm along with the click here cortisol cocktail! 😝😙
