Ok that Wed live Jane Fonda thigh session was 🔥. I did take off the booty band mid way so I lived up to my last name. That was efficient. Saving that one.

Oh I feel you. Two weeks of grey and still in puffer coat. It is a slog but it feels better to hop on the live and know the Salt Squad is cheering you on. 👏👏👏

It is easy. Jenny posted something similar. One orange and one lemon juiced sauté for 5 mins with red onion and add shrimp for 2 to 3 mins. Add spices of choice.
