Love the studio update. What a kick off! Those pop ups to plank jacks had me swearing at your cute Santa pants. I will be happy and hopefully walking on Monday.

Loved the shoulder burn! I will be aware of better posture today. That finisher was πŸ”₯! Salty and satisfied! Thanks for the tips about winter months and movement!

I have been off my game. Started the learn and burn and probably hit it too hard with trying to catch up and doing too much. My muscles were barking. So I listened to my body and found some stretch sessions and swam some laps. Phew!

Missing my Get Salty community. I am at surf camp in Portugal checking off my bucket list for my birthday. Humbled by the waves - tossed like a salad everyday. I laugh get up and keep going. I am surfing with mostly twenty year olds and they are so kind and encouraging. Today I got up three times. I am in this surf town and everybody is dreamy surfer guy and gal. I know the Get Salty mindset helped me achieve this goal. Lots of Stay Salty surf stores here. Happy 4th! πŸŽ‰

Coach Jenny it is ok. Technical difficulties happen. I look forward to doing the session later today. I am going to walk to my favorite coffee shop after a mini ab session As you would say give yourself grace. πŸ’•

Well I was swearing on those pop flys which fell flat. Great total body workout. I needed that yoga session in the end to check in and breath. Happy Friday!

I needed that opener - great stretch and mobility. Loved the shout out to Haddie (sp)? She is working hard with her mom. πŸŒΌπŸ’•

Went to the gym and bibs were available for the 5k. So instead of "oh my foot was injured, I am not in shape" - nope went to that athlete mindset and hopped in the race. Nice reentry to running. #saltsquad motivation

Inspired by all the retreat goodness. Combined Wed and Thurs sessions. The dance session was a nice way to cool down Wed arm AMRAP. Have a great day!!!

I have sat in awful traffic this week - so I am a little whilney and frustrated. This session shook it off. My surrenders were meh but I will keep working on them. Great words of encouragement Jenny. Thank you. 1% πŸ€›πŸ’ͺ
