I get it. I think it is the moon. In the morning I do a ten minute meditation with deep breathing. and at if I am still in a bit of a funk at night I do a dance party and some lavender oil.

Friday motivator!

I have sat in awful traffic this week - so I am a little whilney and frustrated. This session shook it off. My surrenders were meh but I will keep working on them. Great words of encouragement Jenny. Thank you. 1% 🤛💪
