I did yesterday's mobility today and will do tonight's live tomorrow. Feeling in a little bit of a funk and it feels weird to even air that info ha not looking for a pity party by any means. Rather this is my accountability group to keep me going even if I don't want to. Stay salty friends.

Yall I'm all over the place lol I did week 1 Monday sesh this past Monday. Realized I was on the wrong week. Did week 2 Monday on a Wednesday. Haha still a solid grind today!
