Work has been intense due to the Holidays coming up! I have really enjoyed the 20-minute MVP strength session because I want to lift heavy weights but don't have time for an entire session. These are magical!! A walking pad has also enabled me to keep up with my steps! I hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to January 6th! Stay salty friends! ❤️

My mind switched on how I look at food is changing and I have to Thank Jenny Fisher for that! My thought when I put my meal together is, what’s my protein and where is my fiber source. This is how I end up with a plate full of veggies. I didn’t have time to put a salad together, but I had all these veggies in my refrigerator so I grab them and go. Not over think it!

Salty Queens! If you are in need of heavier weights, and have Amazon, you need to check out the CAP dumbbells as they are on sale for prime day!

My kiddo really surprised me yesterday and I have to share it with you. I have to say that he is a very picky eater and we have been struggling for him to eat any protein. He is seeing the changes in my body and told me yesterday he wanted to be as strong as his mamma and wanted to have big arm muscles. He ended up eating all his meal yesterday including his protein and went to the garage and came back and said, “Mamma, I got the garage ready for us to go workout” and he really had! He had the fan on and brought out cold water for us! He than said “we need Ms. Jenny Fisher to teach us” so he got my phone and propped it up. You all! We actually did a workout together! He was so excited and practiced his hand stands by me holding up his legs. This just reinforced that he is watching me everyday and that I am his example. And of course, we had take a salty selfie!

Anyone else have issues when downloading a video? I have downloaded two, but when I go to access them they say video loaded error. I have deleted them and downloaded them, but I continue with the same issue.

When your puppy had other ideas for rest day. I think we have walked almost 4 miles today. We are having great weather so I will take it!

Jenny is wise when she says to add walking to your everyday routine. I was in Japan for ten days, and walking was all I did, averaging about 8 miles daily. That's their lifestyle, which I loved. Unfortunately, our way of depending on a car in some USA cities to get anywhere makes us not walk and become sedentary. This reminded me to be more intentional and do more walking when I got backed, and all of Jenny’s IG walking snips of Sammy. It truly does add up! 😊🚶🏻‍♀️
