Can’t believe we did six weeks already! But man, I can feel the challenge and the changes! I was able to do 30lbs on my single arm snatch 😆 so excited!

Texas got hit with ice for the last 3 days. It’s has been heartbreaking to see all of our beautiful old oak trees down broken with their branches on the floor. Today, the sun finally came out and the ice has melted and they are standing strong, even with their broken branches. I know regardless of how the weather has treated them, they will begin to regroup and they will flourish in the spring. This gives me inspiration to do the same. If you are going through some difficult situation or having a hard day, remember that the sun always shines and that you will flourish soon. Love you all!

Here is mine: It was a raining day in Texas, finally, and I did the mini level up Cardio for the week that was awesome! But also, I couldn’t help but smile on my new trainers with a big yellow sun! 😀

Started Monday super strong, yesterday I had the worst headache and only walked 2 miles. Today, I got some news about a previous manager passing so I am letting myself feel all the feelings. So here I am … I want to finish my week as strong as I started, but i continue to learn on how to give my self grace..

I was sitting at work for 8+ hrs sometimes and it was not good; so I decided to invest on a treadmill desk and I have no excuses now for not being able to walk. I have walked up to 6 miles a day and getting my work done. Even when I can’t get a training session done, my body still moved! If you sit like me, a walking treadmill is a game changer. 😃

I took some selfie pictures last week at the start of Level up training session. I want to see my start, and keep it as a reminder, but I truly want to find out where I can go. ☺️
