Annie for breakfast the easiest thing I found to hit 30g was yogurt and cottage cheese mixed together with berries. Here is what I do: I get a singe serving yogurt and mix it with half cup of good culture cottage cheese and top it with, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 4 strawberries chopped, 1/4 cup raspberries and 1 tbs of hemp seeds. This has been my go to breakfast lately.

@Annie, I thought it would be hard at first but it was not, and it just made me more aware of the foods I was picking. I also did not stress about the overall calories and I think that's what helped. You can totally do it! I am here if you need an accountability partner too!

I can now say I completed all 8 weeks of beach shred! Woohoo! I definitely saw my strength go up and I pushed myself out of my comfort zone with my weights. What helped me a bit more this time was tracking my protein. I was able to hit over 100g a day of protein which lead to an increase in energy to lift heavier weights. Tracking my protein didn’t become an issue as I thought it would. It really helped me pick more protein centric foods. I didn’t change my diet just dialed it more. Thank you Jenny Fisher for guiding me through this! Love you sis!
