This headache doesn't want to leave me, and it loves me. I don't blame it, as I am adorable (kidding!), but I will not let it make me miss one more salty session. I completed leg day today with modifications: Drop down the weight, did minimal jumping, focus on every movement, listen to my body, and scale back if needed, and guess what??! I did it and even when my headache is not gone, I feel much better for completing it! I showed up as Jenny asked. Stay salty, queens!

I have been meaning to get into sourdough making. I am a little intimidated, but you all have given me confidence!
