Same! I don’t use the scale any more, to the extent that, when I go to the doctor I step on the scale backwards so I don’t see it. I also tell them not to say it out loud. It just messes with my head.
I was sitting at work for 8+ hrs sometimes and it was not good; so I decided to invest on a treadmill desk and I have no excuses now for not being able to walk. I have walked up to 6 miles a day and getting my work done. Even when I can’t get a training session done, my body still moved! If you sit like me, a walking treadmill is a game changer. 😃
I took some selfie pictures last week at the start of Level up training session. I want to see my start, and keep it as a reminder, but I truly want to find out where I can go. ☺️
