Hype Girl Fo Sho!

Catching up on the Wednesday session from last week since I was with a bunch of the lovely #SaltSquad ladies in Charleston and just wanted to say that Jenny you are definitely our hype girl 💯!

I have munchies sessions that get out of hand sometimes, too … when it happens I try to remember Jenny’s advice about having a bite and experiencing it and then I tell myself to walk away. Not sure if that helps 🤷🏼‍♀️but it does work for me

Preach!! I totally agree. I am better despite multiple joint replacement surgeries. I have seen my balance, mobility, and agility (albeit modified 🙃) improve as I got more serious with the program.

Jenny says “don’t worry you won’t fall backwards you have a weight in front of you” … next minute I’m on my ‘buddy’ giggling 🙃🤣🤣

Thanks for the Mods

With my current low back woes I greatly appreciated the good mornings rather than the weighted hip swings! Also, loved incorporating my ball! Thanks for always having our back, Jenny! (Pun totally intended 🤣)
