Yeah and with my bionic hips/knee/ankles I modify and just do the lunges 😳 just goes to show low impact works too 🤪

I did Tuesday cardio and Thursday stretch this morning…that’s my normal routine b/c my workout time is way earlier than 6:30 🙃

Joined the Booty Band

Forgot to post yesterday in my Gold Cup madness … but ordered some booty bands and phew do they change things up. I have a feeling I’ll be wearing this light one (my set came with three different’weights’) for a long time, but that’s ok.
