I’m baaack … well trying to be 🙃

Got two shots in my spine last Tuesday…pain abaited enough to try a session. Did LU 2.0 week 1 mini and man does a two month hiatus (oh and horrible back) make it like I am starting all over. Oh well, I did it and that’s what matters!! 🥸

Thanks so much lovely ladies … a Z-Pack has the pain back to a tolerable level so I am super thankful. Just missing being part of the Beach Shred 😕
