Did I enjoy it?…Not the first half, but I showed up & did the dang thing & the second half was great! That ladder was rough, but I got farther than I thought I would & almost finished the 6s.💪🏻

Vent/self-accountability.

I’m going to be happy & proud I showed up today, but I don’t want to. My legs are angry & sore after yesterday causing my brain to tell me I should just wait until tomorrow…but I am determined to keep going with consistency & I already didn’t get up at 0400 for this session. I went from no ‘workouts’ in far too long to doing training sessions last Sat/Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat & the live yesterday.

I have to catch up by doing Week 1: Full Body from Friday if for no other reason than to do the fit test I missed (& cleans are my favorite😍). Just got out of hot bath to relax the sore muscles so I can go torture them a little more.😜

Posting this as my own accountability because now I have to go do it because I told y’all I would…whatever works, right?!🤷🏼‍♀️

Receipt! Did the live but forgot to post the salty selfie! Also ft the scariest part of leg day…leaving my gym. Next year I’m asking Santa for a slide or an acorn lift to get me down with jello legs.🤣

That Saturday session has me sore in some weird places today!

Consistency is definitely my jam! I get to keep going with my salty sisters.🏝️🏋🏼‍♀️

I’m just sore enough to know I did something & it feels great knowing I had that consistency all week of just showing up!

Previously I would kill myself overdoing it too soon trying to keep up with Jenny because in-my-head me is in way better shape than actual me. This would put me into rhabdo level soreness, causing me to have to stop working out to heal & finding every excuse to not do the workouts again because it sucks being THAT sore!
