I hope to instill the love of nature, but also giving yourself grace and pushing forward when your journey doesn’t go quite like you thought it would. That also relates to my exercise journey!

They did! I had to tell them we were not going to go on another trail because we would run out of daylight. They’re wanting to go back today when they get back from their dad’s house again.

Completed One

Completed a 12 minute from the begginers course!! Making use of the time my kids are with their dad.

Jenny, I can’t play any videos. I totally thought I didn’t have an issue with the videos when we were dealing with the community. I just went to play a beginner and it says I have to join. I tried some others and they say the same.

Shifting

I’ve come and gone and am trying to have grace with myself as my personal life falls to pieces. I want to to this beginners series! Here’s to continuing, getting back on the wagon of fitness. 2023 might be my fittest year. I want it to be my therapy as I walk through my grief and divorce.
