Totally got out in nature today with my kids!!

Completed a 12 minute from the begginers course!! Making use of the time my kids are with their dad.

I’ve come and gone and am trying to have grace with myself as my personal life falls to pieces. I want to to this beginners series! Here’s to continuing, getting back on the wagon of fitness. 2023 might be my fittest year. I want it to be my therapy as I walk through my grief and divorce.
