Repeated every round a second time to make it a longer workout - except that last amrap 😅 that advanced version for 3 min had me dying 😵 great salty session!

Great leg session after a 5k run🏃🏻♀️!! 🔥🍑Saving this one.
Added on a 4th set to each of the first two leg sets before mobility and then added on extra time to the AMRAPS to be sure I completed 4 rounds (20ea leg of switch lunges and 20 total 180s each round) - failure was my goal on everything today! ✔️😵💪🏼 love those little burnouts with booty band at the end 🙌🏼 thank you, Jenny! Making sure I have left reviews in all the places ♥️
