This is an amazing community! Jenny is an incredible coach. As someone who goes in/out of training because of life, I’d recommend you take it slow. Jenny always provides modifications to level up or down. The beginner series is a great place to start, if that’s too easy you can try the level up challenge. Jenny is also very active on here and if you message her on IG she will help you out. Welcome to the salt squad!!
