Does anyone have a favorite mobility session? I did a 2 mile interval run on a trail yesterday and my hip flexors and calves are feeling it! Any recommendations for a good stretch session?

Holy moly am I feeling it today. I was able to catch my first live in months last night. I’ve been in a slump this whole summer…and I have been watching from the sideline. At 7:45pm I saw Jenny’s post on IG that she was going live. I looked at my husband and said, “ I’ll see you in an hour..” It was the best split decision I could have made. Showing up is always the hardest part. I’ve missed this!

If anyone was a fly on my wall this morning… you would have witnessed my handstand attempts followed by my 90lb golden ramming me with his stuffed turtle 🐢 He thought I was playing 🤷🏼‍♀️. The chest session was a real burner followed by the grand finale of me slamming to the ground 🤣🔥

Did you know you can travel with dumbells? I packed 3lb dumbells in my roller bag and tested if I could get them through TSA. Of course, they flagged my bag since there were big metal things in it 🤣… but after checking them they told me 3lb weights are the max you can bring in a carry on 💪🏻 I know now to just keep them out of my bag as I go through security. While I wish I could bring heavier ones… a lot of the hotels haven’t had free weights so it’s better then nothing!

I’ve always struggled with eating a breakfast that will sustain me until lunch. For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If I don’t eat something balanced, my blood sugar spikes and drops causing me to be ravenous for the rest of the day 😩 I wanted to share what had been working for me.

Hey Ladies,

I wanted to put it out there that if anyone needs an accountability buddy… you can give me a shout on Instagram. I’ve been on a wellness journey for the last 3 years since my dad suddenly passed from cancer. I’ve off/on posted on IG to keep me accountable to my goals. Hey Ladies,

Any recommendations on how to increase protein while dairy free (not by choice). I’m struggling to keep my protein up as I’m not a huge meat eater…and there is so much protein powder I can take. My workout recovery is definitely impacted the less protein I have… so I’m looking for some advice on other ways to get protein dairy. Thanks! 🙂
