Level up during each and every sessions. At times I default to the modification verses pushing myself when I know I can do the movement

I agree. There have been a few times when I’ve said “I can’t do that..” Then Jenny’s push to try it pushed me out of my comfort zone… and boom I actually could do it 😀

I just do them at a slower pace, focusing on form. I have bad knees so I have to be careful with the quick movements too.
