Todays back was tough but 🔥 I was excited to do the jump rope bc 2 years ago my doctor didn’t think I would do any of that again after breaking my foot pretty good, shows what he knew 😂 weights are going up so that’s good bc I feel like I haven’t had much change lately. I’m learning patience through this for sure and trying to eat more protein 🤪😂 Thank you for this awesome workout that challenged me!!

Wow! I’m not a cardio girl, that was tough for me. Started with the advance but finished with intermediate. 😅 I almost didn’t do this one but I’m so glad I did. Thanks Jenny💜

I almost didn’t finish the chest session after the Donkey kicks and push press ( those were tough)but somehow I did. 🥵 Loved the ladders!! I might not be able to move my arms tomorrow 😂
