Wow! The AMRAP rounds, i was an half a round ahead of you and the second AMRAP i was able to complete 6 rounds with limited rest and no modifications 🥹 ♥️ Its always a black heart … apple 🙄 good grief 😂

No modifications … what what!!! 20lb and 5lb for the weighted ones. I should’ve listened to myself and added a band and weights from the get go, but always next time right. Either way, ima sweat fest right now 😜

Loved it…. I started w 15s… ick. Switched to 12s for the rest. I did isometric hold, pauses in stead of full reps if that makes any sense. Helped me burn out faster. I did biceps last as a burn out round instead of push ups bc I tweaked my back last week.

Also … Walden Farms has zero everything sauces … you name it, fudge topping, creamers, syriips and bbq etc
